WHEN VALIDATION FAILS
Kimiya follows an explicit, inspectable recovery policy. If confidence cannot be restored, authority returns to the photographer.
Privacy by architecture
We do not collect your library, retain your photographs, or use them to train a Darkimiya model. You decide where visual intelligence runs—and which provider, if any, may receive an image.
Originals, RAW files, projects, recipes, and personal-style data remain under your control.

Darkimiya declares when image pixels may leave the machine instead of concealing remote processing behind the interface.
The honest boundary: when you choose a remote model, that provider receives the submitted image and its retention policy governs the request. Darkimiya does not receive a copy.
